 Hey folks,

Infact almost 1.5% to 2% of total boy weight of an average adult is calcium. Wondering which part of our body contains calcium??well..its teeth and the bones mainly that contain the majority of the body's calcium.
Our body needs calcium for growth, maintenance, and reproduction. and yes for healthy for the formation and maintenance of healthy teeth and bones, calcium is a must. Apart from this, calcium also helps in Blood coagulation, transmission of nerve impulses, contraction and relaxation of the muscles, maintaing normal heartbeat, stimulation of hormone secretion, and activation of enzyme reactions as well.

Default Carbs can be good or bad

:D Do you know something about carbohydrates.Carbohydrates digest quickly and raise blood glucose level in just 2-3 hours after meal and are reffered as "bad carbs".Mostly breads, potato, rice, cereals and breakfast has high carbs.
Wheras, carbohydrates which digest slowly are know as "good carbs".Example milk, yogurt, fruits, beans, nutsand non-starchy vegetables. The benefits of good carbs, are they lower blood levels. It shows low risk of heart attack, diabetes, and many types of cancer.

One of the lead neurologists organized a seminar in our locality and I got the chance to attend the same, in his speech he was mainly concerned about the alarming rise of the Alzheimer’s disease and was discussing various aspects about the disease, I learnt that the minerals have some role to play in both the formation and regulation of the disease but could not listen to his speech carefully enough and so forgot them. So can anybody provide me with that information?

There have been some research works which have established that there maybe a link behind the infliction of the mental disorder said here with that of the restrictive mineral exposure in the diet. The lead researcher who evaluated the fact is believed have worked to determine the same for a prolonged period and in his studies he laid special emphasis on the analysis of hairs for the prevalence of the toxic minerals and over this period he witnessed that all the participants ailing from the Alzheimer’s disorder had a dearth in at least eight of the most essential minerals that are considered to be a must for our health. All the cases of further aggravation of the condition can thus be linked to this problem. However the condition showed signs of improvement once the minerals were included in abundance in their diets which efficiently depleted the toxic minerals and substituted them with the healthy ones. In association of the minerals the fat is also believed to deliver some benefits to the people suffering from the said mental disorder.

When I came to know that the fats which are categorized into the omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids can be regarded as extremely beneficial for boosting the mental health I encouraged the use of them after getting acquainted from a dietitian the food sources in our daily diet. But I got the shock of my life when in spite of adhering to the said form of diet my father was identified with the Alzheimer’s disease. I immediately discontinued those foods as I understood that this has been the biggest mistake of mine regardless of whatever the dietitians or the doctors say. So I would also suggest anybody who is also following the same diet to discontinue it immediately if proper health of the mind is required to prevail.
