Default Breast Feeding induces weight loss

My child is just 5 months old. Thanks to my pregnancy I have accumulated quite alot of unwanted fat. Does breast feeding help mothers to shed their unwanted weight ?

Default Breast Feeding may not help you lose weight

Often new mothers face alot of problem. Due to breastfeeding phase irt becomes difficult for them to lose weight. All women put on weight during pregnancy. Iyt was noticed that many women who do not opt for breastfeeding lose more weight than the Women who did not breastfeed lost fat, at a faster rate than women who breastfed. The reason for this is unknown, but researchers speculate that the non-breastfeeding women were restricting their calorie intake in the effort to lose weight, whereas breastfeeding women did not restrict calorie intake because they presumed they would lose weight by breastfeeding. All that you can do now is wait .Wait till you get over this phase and then you can finally go back to your fitness regime...
