Default Heart Rate

So how many times the heart beats in a day? I just know a very good fact that the heart squirts blood 30 feet far. This organism is so good beating thousands of times in a day and not even tiring. I wonder where it gets so much energy from. Truely a marvel and one of the best creations of God. My heart today goes to you God.

Default Heart Rate

The heart beating rate differs by the level of activity that the person is undertaking at a particular time. For example the heart beats faster when does exercise and beats slower when one is at rest. The most common places to measure heart rate using the palpation method is at the wirst and the neck. Normal resting heart rates ranges anywhere from 40 beats per minute up to 100 beats per minute. Ideally you want to be between 60-90 beats per minute, with the average resting heart rate for a man being 70 beats per minute, and for a woman 75 beats per minute.

Default God bless you

This is a little off topic but I wanted to post this anyway. You know when people sneeze why does the other person say God bless you, this is because our heart skips a beat when we sneeze. This is the scientific reason. The other reason belived by many is that when we sneeze the ghosts around find an opportunity to enter our body and so to avoid that we say God bless you.
