Talking about changing lifestyle. My friend is so busy at work that she really hurries home to relax after office hours. She would watch tv for hours and eat the whole time. Then later she noticed that she has gained weight. She realized she has to change her habits if she wanted her figure back. Luckily there was a gym in her office building so she didn't have to go far. She enrolled herself and religiously went there every other day. She no longer buys junk food. Instead she ate fruits when she feels she needs a snack. She was also careful about the food she ate. She regained her usual weight and now even got more confidence in herself.

It's nice that she realized what she was doing wasn't good for her health, sometimes people doesn't want to realize it because they don't want to cut the pleasure of eating junk food and all this kind of things. Your friend realized it and was determined to lose the weight she took. It's sometimes difficult to choose between 1hour of gym or TV/food after work..it depends howmuch you want to keep your skin in good health!
