Default Bone Loss

Hi everyone, I just want to stress the importance of taking a supplement or increasing your dietary intake of calcium during menopause. This can really help to strengthen your bones, as we become more fragile with age.

bone loss is also known as osteoporosis, and this can be reduced by the following simple tips:

Taking about 1,000 mg of calcium every day, which equals about three serves of dairy food.
Doing at least half an hour of weight bearing exercise every day, such as walking.
Having 15-20 minutes of sunlight exposure daily to boost production of vitamin D.

absolutely you have to take additional calcium before you go on menopause coz the first thing that's gonna happen is weaken of the bones so the calcium would help to prevent it

It's obvious that calcium is needed to prevent bone loss. They are not only meant for adult. It's important for everyone. Drinking lots of milk or taking some calcium capsule will surely help to prevent osteoporosis. Adult male should have at least 1,000 mg daily and adult before menopause should have at least 1,200 mg daily!

Well actually this are obviously applied to pregnant women too!! This helps to strenghetn their bones and aid their babies grow up as it should be as well!! Even after their deliveries these mothers are expected to take in a consequent amount of calcium in form of cheese, yogurts and all and lot of milk too specially if they are nursing their babies!!

Yeah as we all know that the baby should have all nutrients to be in good health. All I can say is that all mothers should know that Babies drink lots of milk.
I think that there are also some other factors to be taken into consideration. Woman should also know how to manage your stress by balancing your work and social life. Many woman starts smoking because stress which is not good for themselves and for the baby too

That might be a stupid question but I think that I should ask anyway. Why do women have so much health problems? Why do you guys have to go through all of this all the time when we, men, do not have those kind of problem. I think that it is very unfair to you women to have to go through menopause and everything of the sort. :(

|That's true. When I think of this it really makes me feel bad that only the women have to go through all of this. Why I wonder. I think I will ask God about it when I die because it really pains me to see women suffering like this while we men are not. It is unfair that you guys have to suffer ike this

Wow you guys really amaze me when you say such things. I think it really is unfair for us women to go through all of this but it is also something that we alone understand. CHild labor, mensturation, menopause.. it's all a process through which us women have to go through and that's what makes us different from the opposite sex. I am glad to see that there are men out there who really care about our situation
