Default Easy Lunch

If you want an 'on the go' lunch...Here's one...

2 Slices whole grain bread with
1 tsp peanut butter or 2tsp jam
1c skim milk ot 1c nonfat yogurt
1 small package raisins

I would advice peanut butter then jam because peanut butter have less fat than jam..

Thanks for the suggestion. This will my lunch whenever I have to rush. It's easy to prepare and would take less to consume too.

Peanut butter is high in vitamin E, so it must be better than jam, which is high in sugar for the fruits that are used.
