Default Green tea is good for weight loss

Green tea is good for weight loss. Infact Green tea has also helped aid weight loss by increasing the metabolic rate, causing those who use it to experience greater calorie burn. Green tea may be useful as a glucose regulator -- meaning it slows the rise in blood sugar following a meal. Hence drink green tea instead of regular tea or coffee. You really don't need to take a pill or spend a ton of money to get this stuff into your system.

Green tea has significant healing powers and may lower cholesterol, slow up the wrinkle process, and fight certain cancers. It may also help shed those unwanted pounds!

That’s very surprising that you have never drunk tea. And what about coffee?

Hehe slimming tea is the good word for it i think. In fact peeps usually say that chinese tea is the best. There are lots of herbs in it and it controls loads of things in our body such as cholesterole, diabetes, and prevents some diseases also due to its natural herbs.
