Well am also looking to get some professional advices which can help me derive a good exercising plan. The increasing pressure of work is gradually eating up the time for me that I used to devote for exercising. But having said that I cant allow the problem of overweight to creep in me. Things were easier to perform when I used to stay at home but for the last month I have joined a job which has made it difficult to meet the demands of personal care. Still I do not want this to be an excuse and in no way do I want to compromise with the exercising routines. So getting suggestions from your end towards the exercises that I should do in between should definitely help me.
