Default Regime for multiple disorders

My mother is aged.. She has been suffering from a variety of diseases like arthritis .Moreover she has put on alot of weight which has triggered off joint aches and back aches. She's active but she cannot walk briskly. She has an odd figure, most of the weight is on her stomach and arms. Her family has a tendency of obesity in older women. They also have a family history of heart problems and diabetes. She doesn't eat much but she can't resist sweets. She puts loads of brown sugar in her tea and gets upset if someone stops her. She has tried everything to lose weight but at her age she thinks it’s impossible. Please give a proper diet plans, which my mother can follow.

Default Regime for Multiple disorders

I would suggest your mother to certainly lose weight. You will have to sit down with her and make her understand the benefits of losing weight. Try and motivate her all the more and make her understand that it is all for her benefit onlly.
Chalk out a diet plan and an exercise regime from which she can benefit.I can suggest you a few tips for her exercises and her activity.

1. Get her blood sugar, ECG, and Stress test done.

2. Keep her hydrated throughout.

3. If her blood sugar is above 200 mg/dl, bring it down to an acceptable level. She can do walking and not vigorous exercises.

4. Once she starts exercising, keep a check for signs of hypoglycaemia. (dizziness, faintness, sweating, trembling, double vision.). If they occur, give her some sugar.

5. Be firm to see results.

Yes there may be persons who unfortunately go on to develop many disorders at a time, I would like to know the opposite as till date have the health care experts developed any medications or found any such substance that can address many disorders simultaneously?

Well then this may take you by surprise, as some researchers have identified a substance which in normal terms can appear to be a potential health hazard but in this case has been found to be of commendable performance, I meant to say in regard of the query you had i.e. addressing multiple disorders. This substance is a cone snail toxin which has been found to successfully alleviate painful conditions by the likes of pain associated with diabetes and a range of painful conditions, such as post-surgical pains, multiple sclerosis, shingles and sciatica. The researchers although are yet to evaluate the same in healthy people but they are nevertheless optimistic about the latest finding. They also plan to experiment the toxin in cases of neuropathic pain which incidentally are the most challenging pain conditions that respond to any forms of treatments and conventional painkillers like morphine or aspirin have so far not yielded beneficial outcomes. The main significance of the said toxin according to the researchers are that it successfully accelerates the rate of recovery in cases of a nerve injury.

Oh yeah this is possible but at the same quite difficult. this is the major problem when someone is the old aged and suffering from other diseases and has to decrease the weight. The regime becomes very tough and disgusting too.

We should limit the quantity of fats we're eating. A balanced meal is recommended! So if someone has decided to start a regime he must find the appropriate type of regime of how he think of losing weight!!

Thats what i think about regimes!
