I’m so desperate, help me Steeve, I don’t know anything about much calories

The problem is also that I don’t love cooking that much, it’s like a boring work for me . Just do something for me friends.
Calories are the make it or break it factor when it comes to weight loss. I can't stress this enough.

For the average person, 14-16 calories per pound of body weight is usually maintenance. Maintenance being the caloric intake that matches your energy expenditures. Meaing, you eat just the right amount of food to fuel your daily activities and bodily functions. This leaves no excess calories (energy) left to store.

For most, eating around 12 calories per pound of bodyweight will trigger weight loss.

However, I have seen some people have to drop to 8-10.

Hi friends... During weekends I spare more time for myself and it has been a great pleasure for me to cook during these 2days, according to my book of course or else it would have been a disaster. Though it was not so good to look at, it was delicious to eat.
You won’t believe me; I wake up earlier than usual and practice some exercises before going to work.

Going through these posts, I see that potatoes are not so good and can make someone put on weight. I think that I should stop having it because usually whenever I do a portion of chips I used to remove some for me. Better stay away from it if I want to lose weight.

Thumbs up Try a sensible atlernative

HI, just joined today. Been doing WW for a few months now and so far only lost 13 1/2 lbs, but it's still less than I was! I haven't tried it myself, but I have seen several recipes for [i]baking[i] chips. While they may not smell or taste exactly like the restaurant ones, you can pat yourself on the back for creating a [i]healthy[i] facsimile that will decrease weight rather than add to.
