Default Help please!

Hello!
I’m steven and I work as a driver in a company. I start work early and return home late. I work there since the last 7 years and as a result of which I have got a big belly that I want to get rid of. I don’t have much time to exercise since I am on the steering wheel the whole day. Please can you tell me some way out to get rid of this big belly.

In this case I think that it will be better for you to revise your eating habits. Decrease the amount of calories you consume gradually until…By the weight what is your actual weight now?

Adding to this I will say that you need to find ways to walk more. I mean when you are at home, walk to the shop instead of taking the car. Find out how you can do other things in order to be more active during the day.

The above posters are correct. Fat loss always begins with nutrition. If you eat too many calories, meaning more consuming more energy than you expend in a day, you are going to store it in the form of fat.

What are your stats? Height, weight, age?

What do you currently eat on a given day?

I’m 30 yrs old, 1m 78 and 92 kgs I want to reach 80 kgs.
Most of the excess fats are accumulated around my belly making it bulge out like a pregnant woman.
On one day I may take my breakfast consisting of one bread with burger or butter and cheese and tea.
For lunch, I buy anything in a restaurant like fried noodles, fried rice or rice with curries, pizza anything.
And for dinner whatever my wife prepares at home- rice, bread and curries.
And yes, I do drink a lot of coffee too.

Well, the only way to gain weight is to be in an excess of calories above and beyond that which your body needs. So, quite frankly, you are eating too much.

Healthier food selections would be a great start, obviously.

Ya I think that I am eating too much. But though I eat much I still feel hungry in the afternoon around 14-15 hrs and I do take some snacks which I forgot to mention.
But I am ready to select healthier foods in order to get rid of my fat belly. Should I eat more of vegetables and fruits?

Hello Steven. Well it is said that most of men who dont exercise, they tend to have big belly. Sorry if i said something bad. But it is the bitter truth. Men who tend to sit all day and dont exercise. Well i would advise some early exercises or some late ones. They will be helpful to you.

I think we covered this already. A combination of dietary and lifestyle modification is in order.
