Smile IF you missed the Gym: Laugh Aloud!

hey i just came over this
While it is normally only considered cliché that "laughter is the best medicine," specific medical theories attribute improved health, increased life expectancy, and overall improved well-being, to laughter.


It has been estimated by scientists that laughing 100 times equals the same physical exertion as a 10 minute workout on a rowing machine or 15 minutes on a stationary exercise bike. Laughing works out the diaphragm, abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg, and back muscles

What more is that a study in Japan shows that laughter lowers blood sugar after a meal!

All we have to do if we happen to miss the Gym is that we should Laugh!!!

Do you believe this? Do we burn out calories when we laugh? Even though I agree then how can it be equivalent to the amount of calories one can lose in the gym?

But it is very difficult to laugh just like that. I mean right now, I want to laugh but I can’t even smile.

You are right laughing is not as easy as we think it to be. Does someone has any tips how to feel like laughing I mean how to laugh as an exercise?
