Unhappy how do i keep the kids motivated with my excess weight?

As i said in my intro i'm a counsellor at schools, different schools each day...at times i'm given to supervise a class that's where its gets quirky with my weight i seem to lose some authority on them, they no longer care to monitor their language, or their behaviour its as if i was never there !!!
The second problem is if i take them out on the fields , i know its not my job but i'm told to do it, i hardly have any control over them and i can't motivate them..they are mostly left on their own...your comments will be most welcomed

Well I think that your weight has nothing to do with all this. You should be more severe with the children. Talk to them and tell them that they need to respect their elders. You can use the concept of reward and punishment with them. You cant organize games in the playground and the one who wins will receive a chocolate or things like that.

I think that you’ve been too friendly with them and this is the reason why they no longer listen to you. You work with children of which age group?
I don’t know but you can even tell the parents about the behaviour of their children.

Hello Patricia! So how are things going on for you nowadays? I think that you should also lose some weight if you feel that your weight is the cause of everything that is happening with you. Don’t you think so?

I think that Adora is right. If you feel that it is your weight that is causing the children to misbehave with you then you need to lose weight. Not only because of the children but also because obesity leads to many health problems. Are you following some diet plan or any other weight loss program?

Hi Patricia! That’s very bad that’s happening with you. Does the same thing happen in every school? The children have become so bad mannered these days!

I think you should be in to group works at school or in the classroom. It really helps. Make some kind of competition too like the others said. Children like working in groups, they'll make noise yes, but that's their only motivation! Lol
