Default Is this something normal?

Hello!
I just recently started a weight loss program and I am doing some regular exercises too. I walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes everyday morning. We are in summer over here but while I am on the treadmill my hands become as cold as ice though they are usually warm. What’s the problem? Is this something normal?

Default its NORMAL just move your arms and tke regular breaks

Actually since you just started doing the exercise its quite normal, since you are using all your blood tredding lesser blood is available in your hand and since its blood that conveys warm to your body that's the reason of the cold experience..its quite common really..what i will advice you it that to go at a slower pace, trying moving your arms as you tred don't fix it to the handle!!!, take deep breath, breath by expanding your stomach this will help to expand your lungs....take short breaks

Purple is right. I think that this is a problem due to blood circulation. So it’ll be good that you take breaks regularly so that you don’t face this problem.

I think that this is happening because you have just started this exercise. I could be a blood circulation problem but if it persists then you should not delay in going to a doctor.

Hello Judy so how are you feeling these days? Did you visit a doctor? What did he/she tell you?

I don’t think that this is something normal. There is surely some problem somewhere. I walk on treadmill too but never face such problems.

Hi Judy! Are you still having the problem of ice cold hands or you no more get this problem?
