Default What should i do

My sister lets her kids eat what they want. One of her kids has a major complex about weight. The only things I have seen the kids eat with their mom is cereal, noodles, pizza, chips and fast food like Mcdonalds. The drink soda or kool-aid. When they go to their grandmothers' house she pampers them with sweets and chips too and when meal time comes it means party time to them.Even if my sister doesn't pay attention to the kids, still i want to help them out. What should i do?

That is very great and nice from you dear to want to help those kids.I guess you should start by talking to your sister.Make her understand that she is doing wrong by ignoring the eating habits of her children. This is the most important thing that you can do.

I guess that your sister is going crazy. How can she give bad habit to her kids like this. The children are not at fault. They have been given such bad habit since their childhood. We can expect that they gonna continue like this, which will gonna prove harmful to them in the future.

Hi dear, I was in the same situation like you. According to my experience, I think that you should try to speak to your sister about how fulfill the need of her children. You should try to explain her about the various problems which are associated with overweighting. You should tell her that an excess of food may cause cardio vascular problems.

Yeah you are right Lind. Overweighting causes a lot of problems. That may not necessarily be in the short term. but in the long term they are likely to suffer with these problems. Do talk to your sister, or you yourself can organise some parties where there are lots of activities where you sweat it all out. This will be fun but in the meantime a useful way to burn the excess fat!

Yeah you should talk to your sister and explain her the effects of overweighting. You can also help her with some reciepes that children will like, nutritional but delicious ones.
