Default I would just like to share my views regarding weight loss here.

I would just like to share my views regarding weight loss here. First of all let me tell you that there isn't any magic exercise workout which can help you lose weight overnight or in a couple of days. Here I should mention this Cross training thing. I am sure most of you have come across this term till now. Cross training literally means to try a variety of cardiovascular activities, muscle conditioning exercises, and flexibility stretches. This way it prevents boring as well as yoiu get the variety.Cardiovascular exercises helps to strengthen your heart muscle, burn energy and to build up muscles. Some most common cardiovascular activities include soccer, field hockey, track, cheer leading, power walking, running, dancing or other kinds of exercise that make you sweat it out.

But would you agree to say that performing only one exercise but to the fullest makes you burn more fat than stopping each type to do something else?

I love hanging out with my friends. We often go to night club. But i've never heard that dancing makes us lose weight! I'll bear that in mind and will try to practice more sports.

Yeah, I’ve just heard about this cross training from my yoga professor. It is said to be very helpful and have a variety of activities so that you don’t get bored, and it helps you to keep fit also.
