I've recently lost quite a bit of weight and am at a reasonable weight for my height. I work out 4 times a week. I've found that for the past couple of months I am getting jelly legs all the time (not just at gym) and no matter what I eat I am ALWAYS hungry. I think I eat a reasonable amount of food and I try to eat fruit as snacks but I am still hungry. I'd eat more but I don't want to put on weight. Please help
