Default Problems related to severe obesity.

Hi everyone please read all these problems related to severe to severe obesity… I’m sure you will have an idea why we are always advised to have a good balance diet and to perform some exercises….

1. Cardio vascular problems: due to obesity, high blood pressure can lead to the development of heart diseases, kidney failure or stroke.
2. Obesity can cause sudden death to people, as this person is likely to develop the (type two diabetes)…
3. Obesity can most likely cause severe respiratory problems due to the decrease in size of the lungs.
4. It is also responsible for sleep apnea that is, when the soft tissue in the throat collapses around the airway, a complete blockage occurs and the person stops breathing. In long term, this will affects the person and may cause a sudden death.
5. Musculoskeletal problems also occur due to obesity problems, that is low back pain and arthritis. That is why obese patients have poorer results with joint replacements.
6. Obese people usually face problems like heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux.
7. Problems like urinary incontinence arises due to obesity and this can cause the valve on the urinary bladder to be weakened.


There are many other problems… hope you have had an idea about how obesity can affect someone’s life.

Indeed there are many health problems that one faces due to obesity. Thanks for the information but all this makes me scared of my obesity.

Omg! So many problems related to obesity.
As said prevention is better than cure, we better prevent ourselves from suffering from these by preventing ourselves from being obese or taking the appropriate measure if we are already fat.
