To loose fat any where the rule of thumb is cardio and watch you you eat. Change your exercise routine every 4 weeks as your body will become accustomed to it and you will start to plato. Meaning you will halt in weight lose.

Watch what you eat. NO fried or greasy food and watch the white foods they are full of yeast, starch and salt. Keep a notebook of what you eat during the day on your cal, prot, carb, and fat intake. Allow your self one day a week to eat what your body craves. A lot of people don't and they get frustrated and give up cause they can not stick to a healty meal every day. When they go off their diet they feel guilty and give up. completelt.

If you are only going to be exercising with no weight training I'd still not weight yourself that much. If you weight train you will easly gain 5 lbs on the scale. This does not mean that you have gained weight it means that you have replaced fat with muscle and muslce weighs more than fat. The more muslce you have the more fat you can loose and the more protein you take in ithe more fat you burn.

It's all about the diet my friend. What do you mean "you've been trying everything?"

You can't "target" a specific area of your body to lose fat from. The ONLY way to lose fat is to create an energy deficit so that your body expends its storage of energy, i.e. muscle and fat.

On top of this, your fat will come off of you in a predetermined genetic pattern. Usually the trouble spots, or the first places fat accumulates, is the last place it will come off.
