Default Butt Exercises

Does anyone know any good BUTT EXERCISES?I really want to practice this.Thanks in advance.

Walking Lunge is very good.You just have to stand with your feet together. Keep your chest out and your midsection firm, do not arch your back. Place your hands on your hips or by your sides. Step forward with a large step. Bend both your knees. Your front shin should remain in a straight line with your ankle. Your back knee should be nearly touching the floor. As you are pushing up, and at the top of your lunge movement, lunge forward with the other leg repeating the same movement. Continue with this sequence, alternating from one leg to the other until you have finished the required amount of reps.

Thanks for the clear exercise. I was looking for some butt exercises too. I am going to try this out. Don’t you know some more butt exercises?

I have tried what fattyzone proposed and i must say that i have started feeling the effects just after 3 days.I just hope that it works the same for you too.
