Default Fruity yogurt

Who says we can't have a healthy dessert? Here is one.

Get a glass. Pour 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt. Layer it with 1/4 cup of sliced kiwi fruit and 1/4 cup diced pears. Then top it with low fat yogurt and a tablespoon of slivered almonds.

Enjoy yourself.
