Default My little brother doesn’t eat Veggies

My little brother barely eats any fruits and vegetables. His diet almost entirely comprises of bagels, cream cheese, cookies, chicken, pizza, and the occasional veggie side dish. He just hates fruits and vegetables. I know that this is bad for his health. Can someone help me please?

What is his age? If he does not like eating fruits you can give him fruit juices. And as for the food is concerned if he doesn’t like to eat veggies only then give him a mixture of vegetables and meat, egg, fish etc.

Some peeps say that when you're stick to meat, you stink. Hehe! But the guys are right above. You can use alternatives. You can also prepare the food in such a way that the vegetables are all mixed together and yummy to eat. As for fruits, you can put them in dessert, kids love desserts. So no way he wont eat them. There are many desserts you can try, such as a fruit custard dessert with some wafers on it. You can try it and see the results!

Oh oh, this is a serious problem! Since when does he not eat vegetables? How old is he? Has he got any health complications before?
