Default Acupuncture

Hello! Recently I met a person who advised me to go for acupuncture. He said that it is a good way to lose weight. How far is this true? Has someone used this method to lose weight?

I have heard that more and more people are now turning to acupuncture weight loss treatments but I don’t know much about its effectiveness.

It involves inserting hair-thin needles into particular spots on the skin that are believed to help the body function properly. I read anarticle long time back that said that acupuncture stimulates the body to release endorphins, the body's own "feel-good" pain-relieving chemicals. It may be that one way acupuncture weight loss treatments help control appetite is by releasing endorphins.
