Studies show that drinking diet drinks such as sodas can ramp up a person's appetite?
I've read in various health magazines that drinking diet drinks, such as diet sodas can increase a person's appetite more than drinking non diet drinks? One of the studies showed that rats who drank liquids that were sweetened with saccharin ate more food, than those who had consumed sugar sweetened liquids. Another study said that your risk of being overweight rises 65 percent for every diet soda that you drink each day. The studies showed that when a person cuts down on their use of sugar substitutes, they don't have as much cravings for sweet foods.
