Yes Suzanna, cholesterol leads to obesity and other factors such as stress, strokes, diabetes and among others. Cholesterol is present in every human cell or even animal cell. If you take saturated fats, it's likely to increase the level of cholesterol in your body! So no need to take them.

You can instead go for a vegeterian diet in order to reduce your level of cholesterol. Your diet should comprise of beans, grains, oats, barley, vegetables and fruits!

Remember, when i mentionned that cholesterol is present in animal cells, i meant meat, either fish, poultry or any other meat. They are even present in dairy products and eggs!

Dont forget! If you are going for a diet, it should comprise of some exercises too! Some Aerobic is advisable! Other exercises will also be helpful! It will help to reduce stress!

AVOID tobbaco and alcoohol! Is it crystal clear?

Well I think we should not look to those who have learned to live with the cholesterol problems the fact is this is a serious problem and can be associated with many disorders including obesity which in turn can lead to disastrous consequences. So it pays to take immediate action to curb the problem as soon this gets diagnosed so that future problems are checked.
