To put a end to the quarrel BETTER let him go and explore the world in with his cycle.Well cycling is suited for weight losing purpose but that does not mean thin people should refrain from the said activity. Another thing that comes to my mind is that as you have said he is quite tall that might be one of the reason keeping the age factor in mind to his lean figure. But if he remains active and involved in work there is no harm at all and this being adeveloping age he can surely build up or work himself to a good physique later on so just go for the cycle.

Fatter is right and like every time i am here to present the fact or call it the importance of the diet.As you have said that the kid is too tall and lean to his age so is anyone looking into this if he is eating right kind of things. Often kids of this age can become a little nosy toward food but then it should be kept a watch again he might not have the apetite to eat, so giving him some health tonics may also help, please see to this as it requires urgent attention.

Fatter is right. And after all, he needs to learn cycling. If he doesn’t learn now then when is he going to learn? If you are so concerned about his weight, then give him some more healthy food that he can burn during cycling.

So Fattyman, What has your sister decided finally? Is she going to give him the bike or not?
Even I feel that she should give him a bike.

cycling is sure a physical activity but for a kid it's also a way of playing, nothing more. so i think he should just be given the bike. this is also a good way for him to make friends

100% correctly said. Even I feel that there should be no problem in giving him the bike. If you are so concerning about his weight then give him more food to eat but remember that he should eat healthy food.

Right guys. Cycling is a form of fun too. Can go out with friends on a tour, to sight seeing etc. It is also a way to sport man. You sweat a lot while doing sports, and also it helps your feet a lot with cycling. He should go for it no matter how he is! I learned cycling at a very young age. It helped a lot!
