"Appetite Control Fibre Blend" Anyone tried it? Just bought it today. I figure, I needed an appetite suppresant and I also need more fibre in my diet, so even if it only does one of the two things it says it does, I should still be ahead?

I satrted eating Fiber 1 cereal with blueberries and skim milk for breakfast. Getting lots of fiber and it does help me stay full feeling longer. Also, the chewable fiber tablets during the afternoon period when I want to snack help some. When you drink water they soak it up and help you feel full. How are you doing at maintaining your previous loss?

I tried the same product, the only downfall I found was i need to excel my water intake because it swells so much in your digestive track it can do the opposite and bind you up causing much discomfort...But it does help to ward off hunger...but so does plain simple water if you drink and exceed your 8 glass requirement.

My friend tried the first dose and there was good and bad.The bad was that the stuff started to harden and expand in the bottle before she even had a chance to drink it all! the stuff is meant to expand, but its supposed to happen in your stomach because it started before she even got it down she wasnt even able to get the full dose down.On the good side - it worked,it definitely did make her feel full for a number of hours!
