Default Vitamine D

Everyone thinks that the sun is the only source of Vitamin D, it is not correct. Sun is the only natural source of Vitamin D. Where can we get vitamin D alternately?

Actually fortified foods like milk are the main sources of vitamin D. Although milk is fortified with vitamin D, dairy products made from milk such as cheese, yogurt, and ice cream are generally not fortified with vitamin D. Only a few foods naturally contain significant amounts of vitamin D, including fatty fish and fish oils.
