Default Anybody know? or is it just your own choice?[/

I was just wondeing,if you eat 1700 calories in a day and you exercise,say you burn off 800 calories that same day,are you suppose to subtract the 800 burn calories from your daily calorie count?In my calories log book I never subtracted the burn calories, I just put the calories down I had for that day.
Anybody know? or is it just your own choice?

Even I don’t know much about this. I think it will be good to subtract it so that you know how much more you need to lose.

I'm on 2000 calo0ries,i just hope that it is not too much if i'm on diet.Can anyone please guide me what i should do?
