Default Any suggestion

Many often i get confused of either to reduce the amount of salt intake or sugar intake in my diet.I really don't know if i have to cut off both or still can i reduce o9one without altering the other.Any suggestion?

Of course you need to reduce both your sugar as well as your salt intake.Excess of any is harmful to the health.

Lili dear I’ll advise you to have a look at the other sections of the forum and then you will get an idea on what happens when sugar and salt are consumed excessively.

I always to consume less of both.I've learn that both if consume in excess can be harmful to one health.I rather take my precausion now itself before i'll be force to reduce the amount completely.

Me too dear. Previously, I didn’t know that salt too is bad for health. But now I have reduced my consumption of both salt and sugar.

I think that this will vary from person to person depending on the age, weight etc of the person.

Even I had the same confusion as you. Well I know now that both of them in excess in not good for health.
