Hi, I’ve heard a lot about foods in restaurants, they contain lot of cholesterol and sometimes we don’t know exactly what it contains. It’s preferable not to eat outside foods. Even eating home made foods I have been putting on weight so there are no doubts that junk foods or foods from restaurant are harmful to our health and can make us gain weight.

It depends to which restaurant you go! Some restaurants provide fatty meals such as chips, burgers, fried stuffs and all. Are these the kind of food that you eat!
Whereas other restaurants provide well balanced meal. You can get rice, curry and salad with only one meal. So it depends of what kind of food you're really into and the one you choose too! |
