well chinese cuisine is preferred by some peoples as it is not considered too heavy and is digested easily,though the original cuisine is bland and mostly boiled,the western version of it has lot of spice. Often people say that that get hungry soon eating Chinese food.

In reality Chinese food should be avoided during dieting, researchers shows that some of this foods are high in Glycemic Index . Gi diet leads to overeating, as the body needs to produce extra insulinsurge in the body which acuses the blood sugar to plummet creating hunger and may lead to Overeating.
