Default I can’t lose any more pounds, what’s happening???

Well hi, my thread title may sound that I am freaking out, and it’s TRUE! I don’t know what happening, I had started, eight months ago, a new working out and dieting plan cause I was damn fed up of my big belly, I was then weighing 230 pounds.
My working out was of 30 minutes everyday after work, just a little bit of stretching and jogging. The after a few weeks I was getting to one hour working out without much effort! That was great and I had completely stopped visiting the bars and the potato chips were no more! I had lost around three pounds in the three weeks, one pound a week!lol! Then after two months I had lost 15 pounds, I felt great, felt that it was working and kept the regular working out and diet, but till now there has been no change! It’s been one and a half month since I weighed 15 pounds less, I just don’t seem to lose weight anymore!
What’s wrong with me??? My aim was to get down to 180 pounds, but I simply can’t! Anyone has suggestions on how I can remedy to that and lose weight as before?

Did you try any sports buddy max?
I have, and it’s great fun, much better than just working out! You lose weight in a much better way, you know? Ain’t there any sport that you would like to practice? If there’s any then go for it!

Are you sure that you haven’t changed anything in the daily planning that you had as when you were losing weight?? If it ain’t the exercising then I must be part of the diet, or it’s just that you may no more doing one physical activity that you used to be doing! That could be, walking the dog, going to nightclubs, walking home rather than taking the bus, things like that.

Let me tell ya something dat a pal of mine told, cause he had been in da same situation as u….he told me, when I noticed that he wasn’t losing w8 anymor dat it was all cause his body had adjusted to the new diet and working outs, and it just wouldn’t lose anymore we8…
Let me explain it better, someone has an amount of calories to burn each day, if ya burning more than before and taking less, as u did with the new planning, then there will be a time where your body will adapt to it and your body will burn only a little calories, to adapt to the new amount it gets, capiche?

The try to have more calories would help?
Like having the diet for a week, and then for the nest week, have more calories, in this way the body won’t be able to adapt, capiche?(lol!)

You guys really think that that’s what happened to me?
Well then can this ‘trick’ of line actually work? I think that my calorie intake per day is around 2300, not sure I never got the calorie amount for everything that I ate, then I should increase it a little, let’s say to 2600 for a day or two, and then get back to the diet??? Okay then, I’ll see what happens with this new planning for this week.

Max you could also try to change your exercise routines, ain’t you fed up of always doing the same thing? I’m suggesting this cause as for the calories, it may be possible that our body itself adapts to the exercises and it has no more effect! Try this out, it will also help you exercise other parts of the body which could then lead to muscles.

Was actually thinking about that itself Rihanna, I will try both thin, for one less calories on one day and then more on another and different exercises than only jogging around! I’ll try to see if I can subscribe to some aerobics training soon. I hope that these would help! Thanks guys!

or maybe it's that the cause of this is that you are no more only burning fats but actually gaining muscles.
The fats weights are now muscles weights and this may be the reason why you are no more seeing any difference in your weight.
