Post What Drinking Cold Water Does After Meals

INTERESTING ARTICLE!!!! ANOTHER NEW THING TO PUT INTO PRACTICE!!

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after
your meal, but about ladies and their heart attacks.

This makes sense.... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their
meals...not cold water... maybe it is time we adopt their drinking
habit
while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to
you.
It is nice to have a cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water
will
solidify the oily stuff that
you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be
absorbed
by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the
intestine.

Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to
drink
hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks:
Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be
the
left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart
attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake
up.

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and
be
aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

Oh really?? This is scary why does our western society claim that it is good to have a cold drink after a good meal when the Japanese and Chinese have learned the secrets of a healthy diet and life? I wonder who in our society has made us like such

Yeah this is true I just never realized the benefits of hot water though by the way thanks for sharing the information sweet. But to tell the truth I think that it will be hard even for me to try to change my habit of having a cold drink to that of a hot drink after dinner

Yeah true. But I have to say that it will be hard to change a habit that you had since childhood. Now that I think of it I now understand why the japanese and chinese food places serve hot tea with their meal. Who would have though that this was the real reason

Oh great article Sweet where did you find it? I never knew that boiling water was that important. I mean I have a filter at home and we never boil the water except if I have a cup of tea. Well I guess I will have to put this in practice as of today right

Indeed, now that you know hot water can prove to be beneficial to you - you better go for it. Well, the fact is that most, if not, all people were used to cold water. I believe that we better change those habits now
