most of the world's population prefer to drink something cold or even chilled after a meal and think that it is more helpful for digestion. but i never knew that this was not the case. there are things like that we do everyday but we do not know that they can lead to slow death.

Well said sweet-meemee. When you come to think about it, we are unaware of so many things. I can even add that we do things blindly - we never ask ourselves the question - "Why we doing things this way". Anywayz, hopefully we are on this forum and we learn so much stuff

Whatever you're saying might be true and does help in burning fats. But i wish to clear the misconception of certain people. I'm sure that there're so many among who might be thinking how nice to find the easiest solution to burn fats. But remember dear friends that a glass of warm water not going to burn your 2000 calories per day. So i hope you know w what you should do.

Yes Misha - thats well said. We should not move ahead thinking that we need only drink warm water so as to burn the fats, and thus dropped exercises and diet. Lets say that drinking water is a supplementary to exercises and diet. :)

I don’t think that water could be a supplement to dieting and exercises. I guess it a complement rather.
