The scale is an indicator, you made that clear, it only shows us if we are losing weight or not, nothing that can actually help us lose the weight!
You should have said that you can save yourself from taking in more calories by not skipping breakfast.
You have said that exercising in the morning and at night have the same results, but then you say that it doesn't?

You are really creating myths here!

Well, bornaked, i agree that the scale cant help much to make you lose weight. But Thatsme implied something else. If you are on the scale and notices that you are not losing weight, then you do know that somewhere, something is wrong. Thus, you cannot do all your bes lose weight. The scale remains an indication on howz things are moving.

As far as the your second paragraph is concerned, its the same to what Thatsme has said. You just changed some words; :(

See, the result of exercising in the morning and evening will differ depending:\\

a. person weight
b. amount spent in exercising
c. type of exercise practised

and so on and so forth

U are wrong Happs
Whether u agree or not but breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
U can skip lunch or dinner if u wish but u should not skip breakfast because it provides the energy needed to start the day off. So, better mend ur ways.

The problem is that many people dont realise that!!!

The majority of people skip breakfast cause either they are in a hurry, else they think that breakfast would make them gain weight

Studies report that breakfast eaters weigh less than breakfast skippers (obviously, it has to be a healthy breakfast). Plus, breakfast skippers tend to overeat after dinner.
This is a real myth i guess, and i'm sure many would agree with me.
