Hello Everybody, i have no problems with my shape,i am 25 years old and always full of energy, fit and healthy may be because i walk for one hour everyday. But still i would like to lose some weight from my thighs. Do you think you can help or advise me how to lose thighs?

The same way you reduce fat and lose weight from any other part of your body. When it comes to losing weight, fat thighs are no different to fat arms.
Point is, you can't target a particular area of your body to lose weight from. All you can do is reduce your calorie-intake, increase your calorie-expenditure by increasing your exercise and let your body do the rest. Exercise won't reduce fat from your thighs.
