Default Mind what you eat.

Too often, we eat without noticing or appreciating the food. We are in such a hurry to eat filling our stomach without even chewing the food properly;

To chew our food well and that this simple act helps digestion. The litre or more of saliva that our mouths produce every day also aids digestion. But chewing our food well and allowing it to be coated with our mouths’ saliva can lead to digestive magic

You are right Deborah, I noticed that too...sometimes you take your time to prepare a good plate and then you realized that you have ate everything less than 5min!! We must appreciate what we are eating and take our time...

I was like that however i recently changed coz i started to put on some kilos and i hated that. I work in an office where the look is extremely important and thus by neglecting the aspects of food i started to gain weight. If was not careful i could loose my job. So til then, i'm very careful about i eat at every meal

Unfortunately i realized that too...it's not because i'm not appreciating what i'm eating but it's because i don't have the time with my job.. I must buy something to eat very quickly, and then eat it quickly and that's it. I know that i didn't appreciate it, but i'm not hungry anymore. It's the most important! ;)

It's very important to take our time to eat. Sometimes we don't have the time like Dragonfly has said. You can notice it's people who don't have the time and who are eating anything who gain weight very quickly! Because they are not eating healthily...things like junk foods: cheaper, quick and will filll your stomach....but VERY BAD!!

Gain greater control over how you think and feel by eating properly.
