Default Normal diet

Normal diet
Normal diet, or balanced diet, contains all the food elements needed to keep healthy. A person needs minerals, proteins, vitamins, and certain fats to build and maintain tissues and to regulate body functions. Proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are used to provide en ergy and heat. A diet that lacks any needed food element may cause certain deficiency diseases. For example, lack of vitamin C causes scurvy, and lack of iron, folate (a B-vitamin), or vitamin B-12 causes anaemia

My dietician advised that i should aim to keep the fat content of my diet down to 30% in calorie terms, and if i switch to low-fat foods and spreads and cut down on processed foods, eat more friuts and vegetables, it will be more easier to lose weight.
