do we pay enough attention to what we eat at night-which is our dinner?
dinner is an important meal and should be taken at a regular time each day. we tend to eat a lot at night which is absolutely wrong.the contrary must be done. we should plan our dinner in such a way that the food we intake is digested by the time we are off to bed.we must include easily digestible food, lesser meat(they take longer to be processed and digested), mostly salad, less acidic stuffs and avoid eating heavy desserts.most of us tend to eat a lot at night because we dont want to get up in the middle of the night to rummage through the fridge to find a midnight snack.by eating a lot at night we can have stomach upsets and feel heaviness and discomfort. hope this little bit of info can help us to eat properly at night and gain lesser weight! |

the biggest mistake that so many of us do, lunch time we anytime here and there. and at night, we tend to eat well, filling our stomach with heavy meals thinking of compensating what we've missed during the day ,which is completely wrong. It makes us gain weight

nowadays most people do the contratry, eating heavy dish at night and lunch a piece of chicken sandwich and in the morning....skip breakfast coz ain't got time and all day long, drink either coffee or juiice....
which is a very bad habit. but unfortunately that is the todays' trend. |

I just do the opposite. i thought that its better to eat a lot at night. but now i can understand that we re adding calories that will not be even be burnt! and this is because of this that we keep on gaining more weight too!!!
