Default our night meal

do we pay enough attention to what we eat at night-which is our dinner?
dinner is an important meal and should be taken at a regular time each day. we tend to eat a lot at night which is absolutely wrong.the contrary must be done. we should plan our dinner in such a way that the food we intake is digested by the time we are off to bed.we must include easily digestible food, lesser meat(they take longer to be processed and digested), mostly salad, less acidic stuffs and avoid eating heavy desserts.most of us tend to eat a lot at night because we dont want to get up in the middle of the night to rummage through the fridge to find a midnight snack.by eating a lot at night we can have stomach upsets and feel heaviness and discomfort.
hope this little bit of info can help us to eat properly at night and gain lesser weight!

the biggest mistake that so many of us do, lunch time we anytime here and there. and at night, we tend to eat well, filling our stomach with heavy meals thinking of compensating what we've missed during the day ,which is completely wrong. It makes us gain weight

u right scott but lunch time sometimes i hardly have time to eat properly, sometimes i eat a bread while driving in the city. But i eat well at nite. Up to now i'm ok i don't have the overweight problem

WHEN WE ARE HUNGRY WE DON;T CARE WHAT WE WE EAT WE ONLY THINK OF SATISFYING OUR STOMACH....WELL I THINK THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE THINK LIKE THAT....

We should eat lighter food for dinner, coz afterwards we should be going to sleep so it is not advisable to eat a lot and lots of protein & fats etc.

No you are wrong, cause nowadays most people are figure conscious, they do care what they eat, they would rather eat only salads or vegetables not to put on weight.

nowadays most people do the contratry, eating heavy dish at night and lunch a piece of chicken sandwich and in the morning....skip breakfast coz ain't got time and all day long, drink either coffee or juiice....

which is a very bad habit. but unfortunately that is the todays' trend.

I prefer eating well in the morning than at night, Ive read a lot about balanced diet and the right time of eating. better not eat heavy meals for diner. My doctor advised me to eat some fruits or salads at night and a soup will help to get more sleep and less stomach pain but during breakfast its better to full our stomach with some vitamines and more calcuim!

I just do the opposite. i thought that its better to eat a lot at night. but now i can understand that we re adding calories that will not be even be burnt! and this is because of this that we keep on gaining more weight too!!!
