Default A little help

My friends problem was not to get exercise but to control her eating. Luckily her new roommate, was health conscious. So she assigned her to do their groceries and cooking at home. Her roommate seldom bought red meat and stayed with fish, fruits and vegetables. In a months time, she started losing weight. I guess sometimes we need a little help from others.

If she was really that determined she would have done it herself. Anyway, it's great she's losing weight now.

Yes, with the help of friends or someone you can do many things which you wouldn't do when alone or without any help!

I agree. You are motivated to follow your plan because there is someone doing it with you.

well said...i was alone doing my dieting and found it difficult to really be honest to it. at the supermarket i was always tempted to buy things that were not meant to be bought and later on id curse myself why i bought it.then i started sharing my dieting with work colleagues and we would talk and share and it became natural to just avoid the wrong kind of food.i was actually proud of myself when i would share that i didnt buy this ice cream or that slab of red meat whilst shopping!we do need companions ...
