Default lost weight being sick

recently i was quite sick. i was having some stomach infection and because of that i could nt eat properly and even went to the loo many times, loose motions. well, because of my sickness, i noticed that i had lost some weight. i had a pair of jeans which were a bit tight, now i noticed that they are not as tight as before. i think its the sickness that made me lose the weight. well, i guess it was a good experience for me... but that doesnt mean that i have to fall or stay sick all the time.

You didn't eat that much when you were sick thats why you lost some weight. Its a good thing but its better to stay in a good health

Yeah, when you recover you also have to eat right. To maintain your weight, try doing some exercises.

Yeah, get your energy back first. Eat well, but none of those fatty foods though. Do exercises also.

actually since you had that stomach problem you couldn't take your regular food and your body had to use the fats you've stored as an alternative... happens everytime...
