Default drinking alcohol drinks useful

it is said that drinking alcoholic drinks under limit is helpful for the body.how is it helpful? have not understood the idea behind this till date. can anyone elborate on this topic?

Well, I can't exactly elaborate on this. But just to give you an idea, red wine is said to lower cholesterol levels.

I wasn't drinking beer before but one day someone tell me that it was good for diet so I taste it and then I really like it and I drink a lot everyday and now I'm drinking to much beer and my belly is getting worst and worst!!

I know if I buy a bottle of wine to take just one glass each day I will drink all the bottle alone in one night!!! I'm so depressed...and I hate mirror...

Moderate Drinking of Alcohol reduces heart attacks, ichemic strokes and circulatory problems through a number of identified ways. They include:

Improving blood lipid profile by increasing good cholesterol and decreasing bad cholesterol.

Decreasing thrombosis (blood clotting) by reducing platelet aggregation, reducing fibrinogen (a blood clotter) and increasing fibrinolysis (the process by which clots dissolve),

I just drink beer...I can't get in with other alcohol, I see myself a bit fat in the mirror after that...

I think the important thing is to control your drinking. If you can't then perhaps it's best to avoid it totally.
