9 Fun Ways to Exercise
1.Join a sports team such as football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, or football. 2.Go swimming, ice skating, roller skating, or bicycling. 3.Run up and down the stairs about 50 to 100 times. 4.Talk your dog and your children for a walk 5.Mow the lawn (yes, some people actually enjoy doing this) 6.Help someone move out of their house 7.Go dancing or join an aerobics class. 8.Start weight lifting and have contests. 9.Join a track team.
