I used to play women's basketball in high school and a little in college. You really sweat a lot playing the sport.

I guess it just shows that anything you do that makes you sweat can be considered a weight loss system...

If you are runing upand down the stairs, make sure you don't fall down. Make saure also that kids are not there to follow you.

Thanks for the info..but some of these activities cannot be performed by some people because their actual weight don't let them do such exercises..we will be pleased if you continue giving tips like these..thanks to you and good luck for everything...

Apart num 8,i guess all the other i can do them without any problem. Indeed we can find some fun while doing these. And it goes without us realising that we're exercising.

I like num 4 but sometimes occur to me why doesn’t my dog become fat. It eats so much the whole, actually anything that it gets hold of and I usually don’t take it along with me when I go for jogging
