Exclamation Lost 10 pounds

I lostI lost ten pounds, but I must confess that it took me a year to do it! That is why I am here though. I have set a goal that I shared in a goal post-no pun intended. That sounds like a football touchdown! I may have to post in the guys section about the beer gut next, because that’s what I have.

I guess if you're used to it, it's hard to stop. You have to do it though. Still, congratulations on your accomplishment.

So you're taking it slowly. There's nothing wrong with it, as long as you are consistent in you efforts.
