i had this school buddy who was a gud athlete and liked to walk lots....bt someday we found out that she had this problem...whenever she was stressed or something was worrying her, she would indulge in over eating and most of the times it would be chocolates.... she would be seen with a choco bar the whole day.... is there any sort of cure to that? can she take up lots of weight by eating chocolates when stressed??
