Being physically active is good,but can a pregnant woman undergo the same activities as a normal person.

well let me share something with you guys, i have a cousin who is gaining weight each and every day. so her mother decided to make her climb stairs up and down for at least 30 minutes each weekend, this only gives pain to her legs and i dont see any change in her while she's still upto this. i dont think this can work. well i know that the results are not shown so quickly but if she continues like that i believe she'll have to take days off from her work to cure her legs.

I guess if someone really want to move her body that not too difficult. There're are so many ways in which he can do it and all these with everyday tasks itself.
