Eating after exercising is good, as that's when your metabolism is highest. Working out with weights also increases your metabolism more than just a cardio workout or whatever. And drink lots of water.
Eat small portions 5 or 6 times a day: the more often you eat, the more often your body has to work to digest food and the faster your metabolism becomes. |
