Thumbs up Hybrid foods V/S organic foods.

So, what are hybrid foods? Hybrid foods are foods, which will not grow in Nature. They are foods which must be nurtured and protected by humans or else they will be overcome by birds, insects, worms, fungi, and bacteria. They are unnaturally high in sugar and off in the mineral ratios. Hybrid foods are devoid of proper mineral balance that all wild foods contain.
Organic foods are locally grown, so they have natural ratios of sugar and minerals. Which helps us to not to gain those extra calories.
But I know its very tough enough to get organic foods in metropolitans where the markets are fully captured by hybrid foods.

no this is not true you are confused with organic manuring and chemical manuaring and hybrid, hybrid means a change in plant nature thats is like binding two plant kinds together or making alterations in gene and growing it

But it doesn't change anything if you eat them in excess right?

you can have organic vegetables in some markets, they are imported from different countries and there are different storage and conservative processes gone through, but still they are well kept and all their nutritional values are the same.
